摘要
必需脂肪酸是动物体内必不可少的营养物质,包括亚麻酸、亚油酸和花生四烯酸.除了可作为营养物质外,必需脂肪酸对维持动物正常生理功能、缓解氧化应激、提高生产性能也具有积极作用.必需脂肪酸在提高羊的生长性能、增强机体免疫力以及改善繁殖性能方面均发挥重要作用,但目前关于羊各个生长阶段的必需脂肪酸需要量尚未明确.本文主要综述了必需脂肪酸的理化性质、代谢过程、生理学功能及在羊生产中的应用,以期为必需脂肪酸在羊生产中的研究与应用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Essential fatty acids are essential nutrients in animals,including linoleic acid,linolenic acid and arachidonic acid.In addition to being a nutrient,essential fatty acids also play a positive role in maintaining normal physiological functions,alleviating oxidative stress and improving production performance in animals.Studies in sheep production at home and abroad showed that essential fatty acids play an important role in promoting growth performance,enhancing immune function and improving reproductive performance.However,the current requirements for essential fatty acids in various stages of sheep growth have not been clearly defined.Therefore,in order to provide theoretical reference for further research and application of essential fatty acids in sheep production,this article mainly reviewed the physicochemical properties of essential fatty acids,introduced the metabolic process of essential fatty acids in ruminants and emphatically summarized the physiological functions of essential fatty acids and their utilization in sheep production.
