养猪生产碳排放核算方法、核算进展和碳减排技术研究进展

养猪生产是重要的碳排放源，我国是养猪生产大国，科学核算养猪生产全产业链碳排放、调查研究不同区域养猪碳排放核算进展及碳减排技术对于我国构建低碳养猪业具有重要的意义。本文综述了国内外养猪生产碳排放核算的方法，深入分析不同方法的应用场景与局限性;梳理了国内外养猪生产碳排放的现状，分析核算结果差异性的原因;解析饲粮生产端与粪肥管理的碳减排技术对减缓温室气体排放的作用效果，旨在为养猪生产全产业链碳减排提供参考。
The Carbon Emission Accounting Method for Pig Farming,Accounting,and Frontiers in Carbon-Mitigation Technology Research
Pig production is an important source of carbon emissions,and China is a major country in pig production.Scientifically accounting for the carbon emissions across the entire pig production chain,investigating the progress of carbon emission accounting in different regions,and studying carbon-mitigation technologies are of significant importance for China to build a low-carbon pig industry.This article reviews the assessment methods for carbon emission accounting in pig production both domestically and internationally,analyzes the application scenarios and limitations of different methods.At the same time,it sorts out the current status of carbon emissions in pig production domestically and internationally,and analyzes the reasons for the differences in accounting results.Finally,it deciphers the effects of carbon-mitigation technologies in feed production and manure management in mitigating greenhouse gas emissions,aiming to provide a reference for carbon-mitigation across the entire pig production chain.
