摘要

黑水虻幼虫含有丰富的脂肪、蛋白质、优质氨基酸与矿物质等营养成分,是良好的蛋白质来源,可以代替豆粕、鱼粉等蛋白质类饲料应用于猪饲粮中;黑水虻幼虫含有抗菌肽和几丁质等生物活性物质,可以抑制有害细菌的增殖,进而对猪的生长性能和肠道健康发挥积极作用;黑水虻幼虫还可以将猪粪便转化为高附加值的产品.黑水虻幼虫具有易于饲养、生长迅速、转化效率高等优点,因此在养猪行业引起了广泛关注.本文综述了黑水虻幼虫的主要活性成分、不同基质饲养的黑水虻幼虫主要营养成分、黑水虻幼虫对猪生长性能和肠道健康的影响以及对猪粪的生物转化应用研究,以期为黑水虻在猪生产中的应用提供参考.

Abstract

Black soldier fly larvae(BSFL)are rich in fat,protein,high-quality amino acids,minerals and other nutrients,which are good sources of protein.It can be used in pig diets instead of protein feed ingredients such as soybean meal and fish meal.In addition,bioactive substances such as antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)and chitin derived from BSFL can inhibit the proliferation of harmful bacteria and play a positive role in pig growth performance and intestinal health.In addition,black soldier fly larvae can also convert organic waste pig manure into high value-added products,which has the advantages of easy feeding,rapid growth and high conversion efficiency.Therefore,it has attracted wide attention in the pig industry.Based on the above characteristics,this paper reviewed the nutritional value and the main nutritional components of black soldier fly larvae reared in different substrates,the effects of black soldier fly larvae on pig growth performance and intestinal health,and the application of biotransformation of pig manure,in order to provide reference for the application of black soldier fly in pig production and breeding.
