摘要
胍基乙酸(GAA)是体内肌酸及其磷酸化衍生物磷酸肌酸的前体物质,具有参与精氨酸代谢、调节能量代谢、增强抗氧化能力、调控糖酵解等多重功能.GAA作为饲料添加剂用于猪生产中,能促进猪的生长发育,改善猪肉品质.本文主要综述GAA的理化性质、合成与代谢过程以及其对猪的生长性能、胴体和肉品质的影响,以期为GAA在猪生产中的深入研究和高效应用提供参考.
Abstract
Guanidinoacetic acid(GAA)is a precursor of creatine and its phosphorylated derivative phosphocreatine in the body,it has multiple functions such as participating in arginine metabolism,regulating energy metabolism,enhancing antioxidant capacity and regulating glycolysis.As a feed additive in pig production,GAA can promote the growth and development of pigs and improve pork quality.This study mainly summarizes the physical and chemical properties,synthesis and metabolic processes of GAA,as well as its effects on pig growth performance,carcass and meat quality,in order to provide a reference for in-depth research and efficient application of GAA in pig production.
