摘要
浒苔也称苔条或苔菜,是一种营养丰富的大型海藻,其主要生物活性物质是浒苔多糖.浒苔多糖是一种硫酸化的杂多糖,主要由鼠李糖、木糖、葡萄糖和葡萄糖醛酸等组成,具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血脂、免疫调节等多种生物学功能.浒苔多糖可以促进动物生长、增强机体免疫力和改善肠道健康,是一种有效的饲料添加剂.本文综述了浒苔多糖的生理功能及其在动物养殖中的应用,旨在为动物生产中合理应用浒苔多糖提供参考.
Abstract
Enteromorpha prolifera also known as moss strips or moss,is a nutritious marine plant.Its main bioactive substance is Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide(EPP).EPP is one kinds of sulfated heteropolysaccharide,which is mainly composed of rhamnose,xylose,glucose,glucuronic acid,etc.EPP shows various biological functions such as antioxidant,antiviral,anti-tumor,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,immune regulation,etc.In animal production,EPP can be used as effective feed additive to promote growth rate and enhance immunity activities.Besides,it can also improve intestinal health of animal.This review summarizes the physiological functions of EPP and its application in animal breeding,aiming to provide reference for its application in animal production.
