摘要
对配种牛进行及时准确地早期妊娠诊断可以提高牛繁殖效率和产奶量,降低饲养管理成本,提升牛场经济效益.孕酮通过刺激子宫内膜腺体分泌和抑制子宫肌肉收缩来促进胚胎着床,是维持早期妊娠最重要的类固醇激素.本文通过对孕酮的来源、受体结构功能、作用途径、早期妊娠中的免疫耐受作用及牛早期妊娠诊断中的应用等进行阐述,以期为提高牛养殖效率和种业振兴提供技术参考.
Abstract
Timely and accurate early pregnancy diagnosis of breeding cattle can improve the reproductive efficiency,increase milk production,reduce feeding and management costs,and thus enhance the economic benefits of the cattle farms.Progesterone promotes embryo implantation by stimulating the secretion of endometrial glands and inhibiting uterine muscle contraction,and is the most important steroid hormone for maintaining early pregnancy.Therefore,this article focuses on the source of progesterone,the function of receptor structure,the pathway of action,the immune tolerance effect in early pregnancy,and the application in early pregnancy diagnosis of cattle,intends to provide technical references for improving the efficiency of cattle breeding and promoting the revitalization of the breeding industry.
