摘要
脂肪是牛的重要储能物质,也是畜牧生产中重要的经济性状.脂肪生成是一个复杂的过程,受各种转录因子的调控.长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类转录本长度大于 200 nt且很少有编码蛋白质能力的RNA,其在脂肪细胞的生成与分化中发挥重要作用.本文综述了脂肪分化相关机制以及lncRNA对牛脂肪细胞成脂分化的调控作用,为研究lncRNA在脂肪生理中的作用提供参考.
Abstract
Fat is an important energy storage material for cattle and an important economic character in livestock production.Adipogenesis is a complex process regulated by various transcription factors.long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a kind of RNA whose transcript length is more than 200 nt and rarely has the ability to encode proteins.It plays an important role in the generation and differentiation of adipocytes.In this review,the mechanism of adipogenic differentiation and the regulatory effect of lncRNA on adipogenic differentiation of bovine adipocytes were summarized,so as to provide a reference for studying the role of lncRNA in adipose physiology.
