缩合单宁降低反刍动物甲烷排放的机制研究进展

反刍动物瘤胃中生成甲烷,通过嗳气排出体外,不仅会对环境造成负面效应,还会减少摄入总能的利用。日粮中添加缩合单宁可以降低反刍动物甲烷排放,同时有增加蛋白质消化率、减少寄生虫以及预防瘤胃臌气等作用,因此缩合单宁在反刍动物上有良好饲用前景。本文主要综述缩合单宁通过影响采食量、瘤胃发酵产物、瘤胃微生物及其分泌的酶来降低甲烷排放的机制,旨在为缩合单宁在反刍动物营养上的进一步研究和应用提供参考。
Research Progress on Mechanism of Condensed Tannins Reducing Methane Emission in Ruminants
Ruminants produce methane in the rumen and through belching,which not only has negative effects on the environment but also reduces the utilization of total energy intake.Adding condensed tannins to diet can reduce methane emissions,increase protein digestibility,reduce parasites infections and prevent ruminal tympany.Therefore,it have good feeding prospects in ruminants.This paper mainly reviews the mechanism of condensed tannins reduce methane emissions from ruminants by influencing feed intake,rumen fermentation products,rumen microorganisms and the enzymes,intend to provide reference for further research and application of condensed tannins in ruminant nutrition.
