摘要
阿魏酸是一种天然多酚类抗氧化物质,广泛存在于玉米、大豆、小麦麸皮等农作物,以及阿魏、升麻、当归、酸枣仁、木贼、川芎等中草药中,是构成植物细胞壁的主要成分.阿魏酸具有调节脂质代谢、抗氧化、抗炎、抗细胞凋亡等多种生物学功能,在动物生产中拥有广阔的应用前景.本文主要综述了阿魏酸的理化性质、制备方法、生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用现状,旨在为阿魏酸在动物生产中的进一步开发和应用提供参考.
Abstract
Ferulic acid is a natural polyphenolic antioxidant substance,which is widely found in crops such as corn,soybean,wheat bran,as well ads Chinese herbs such as Ferula officinalis,Shengma,Angelica sinensis,Jujubae jujube nut,Mucuna pruriens,and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,and is the main component of the plant cell wall.Ferulic acid has a variety of biological functions such as regulating lipid metabolism,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptosis,and has a broad application prospect in animal production.This paper mainly reviews the physicochemical properties,preparation methods,biological functions and current status of ferulic acid and its application in animal production,aiming to provide reference for the further development and application of ferulic acid in animal production.
