摘要

枸杞叶是枸杞属植物的副产物,富含枸杞多糖、黄酮类化合物、生物碱等功能性成分,具有提高机体生长性能、调节代谢、提高抗氧化能力和免疫功能、调节肌蛋白合成及改善肠道菌群等生物学功能,在促进动物生长发育、调节健康等方面表现出巨大优势,可作为潜在饲料原料及功能性饲料添加剂应用于动物生产.本文综述了枸杞叶活性成分、生物学功能及在畜禽日粮中的应用,旨在为枸杞叶成为饲料添加剂及拓展饲料来源提供理论基础.

Abstract

Lycium barbarum leaves are the by-product of lycium barbarum plants,rich in functional components such as Lycium barbarum polysaccharide,flavonoids,alkaloids,etc.It has biological functions such as improving body growth performance,regulating metabolism,improving antioxidant capacity and immune function,regulating muscle protein synthesis and improving intestinal flora,and has shown great advantages in promoting animal growth and regulating health.It can be used as a potential feed material and functional feed additive in animal production.The active components,biological functions and application of Lycium barbarum leaves in livestock and poultry diets were reviewed in this paper,aiming to provide theoretical basis for Lycium barbarum leaves to become feed additives and expand feed sources.
