摘要
哺乳动物性别精子分选是受精前性别控制的关键,分选的性别精子经人工授精后与卵子结合,产生预知性别的子代.近年来,人们对性别精子分选方法进行了探讨和优化,获得了多种精子性别分选方法,包括流式细胞分选术、Percoll®梯度离心法、H-Y抗原法、Sephadex凝胶过滤法等,但任何一种分选方法都不能100%准确地分选两性精子.本文综述了性别精子的生物物理特性、商业化性别精子分选技术现状、性别精子差异蛋白质的研究进展,为进一步研究和优化动物性别精子分选技术及其推广与应用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Sex sorting of mammalian spermatozoa is crucial for pre-fertilization sex control.After artificial insemination,the sexed sperm will be combined with oocyte for production of the progeny with predicted sex.In recent years,approaches of sperm sex-sorting have been discussed and optimized,and multiple methods have been obtained,including flow cytometry,Percoll® gradient centrifugation,H-Y antigen,Sephadex gel filtration,etc..However,none of them could achieve 100%accurate sperm sex-sorting.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on the biophysical characteristics of sexed sperm,the current status of commercial sperm sex-sorting technologies,and the different proteins of sexed sperm,which will provide theoretical reference for further research and optimization of mammalian sperm sex-sorting technology and its popularization and application.
