摘要
桑叶作为动物的非常规饲料,具有蛋白质含量高、适口性好、消化率高的特点,并且其含有多种功能性成分,在增强畜禽机体免疫功能、抗氧化、加强代谢、改善肉品质等方面发挥了重要作用,已被较多地应用于畜禽饲料研究.本文就桑叶的饲用价值、饲料化利用形式及其在家兔生产中的应用性研究进行综述,以期为桑叶作为畜禽饲料的开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
As an unconventional animal feed,mulberry leaves have the characteristics of high protein content,good palatability and high digestibility,and contain a variety of functional components,which play an important role in enhancing immunity,antioxidant,metabolism and improving meat quality in livestock and poultry.In recent years,mulberry leaves have been widely used in animal feed research.In this paper,the feed value,feed utilization form and application of mulberry leaves in rabbit production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of mulberry leaves as animal feed.
