地顶孢霉培养物在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要
地顶孢霉培养物是从古尼虫草中提取的地顶孢霉菌经培养和发酵得到的产物,其富含多种生物活性物质,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化和免疫调节等多种生物学功能.在畜牧生产中应用地顶孢霉培养物可以提高反刍动物生产性能,改善瘤胃发酵功能、调节瘤胃微生物区系、增强抗氧化及免疫功能.本文主要围绕地顶孢霉培养物的生物学功能、潜在作用机制及反刍动物生产中的应用现状进行综述,旨在为地顶孢霉培养物在反刍动物生产中科学应用提供依据.
Abstract
Acremonium terricola culture is a product of culture and fermentation of Acremonium terricola extracted from Cordyceps gunnii.It is rich in a variety of bioactive substances and has many biological functions such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation and immune regulation.The application of Acremonium terricola culture in animal husbandry production can improve the production performance of ruminants,improve rumen fermentation function,regulate rumen microflora,and enhance antioxidant and immune functions.This paper mainly reviews the biological function,potential mechanism and application status of Acremonium terricola culture in ruminant production,aiming to provide a basis for the scientific application of Acremonium terricola culture in ruminant production.
