支持细胞在精子发生中的关键功能及调控机制研究进展

支持细胞作为睾丸曲精细管内唯一的体细胞,不仅为生殖细胞提供物理支撑和营养环境,还通过形成紧密连接构成血睾屏障,保护生殖细胞免受外界干扰。精子发生时,TGF-β/Smad、AMPK和MAPK等多种信号通路共同调控紧密连接的拆解和重建过程,确保生殖细胞顺利穿越生精上皮,完成精子发生。近年来,随着组学技术的发展,研究者对支持细胞的关键功能及其调控机制有了更加深入的理解。本文结合新兴技术的应用,综述了支持细胞的结构与功能、紧密连接的组成以及支持细胞调控精子发生的信号通路,以期为精子发生机制的研究提供新的视角和参考。
Research Progress on the Key Functions and Regulatory Mechanisms of Sertoli Cells in Spermatogenesis
Sertoli cells,as the only somatic cells in the seminiferous tubules of the testis,not only provide physical support and nutritional environment for germ cells,but also form a blood testis barrier by forming tight connections to protect germ cells from external interference.During spermatogenesis,TGF-β/Smad,AMPK,MAPK and other signaling pathways jointly regulate the disassembly and reconstruction of tight junctions to ensure the smooth passage of germ cells through the spermatogenic epithelium and complete spermatogenesis.In recent years,with the development of omics technology,researchers have a deeper understanding of the key functions and regulatory mechanisms of Sertoli cells.Combined with the application of emerging technologies,this paper reviews the structure and function of Sertoli cells,the composition of tight junctions,and the signaling pathways of Sertoli cells regulating spermatogenesis,in order to provide a new perspective and reference for the study of spermatogenesis mechanism.
