Integration and Innovation of After-school Education in the Digital Era—Taking Shanghai Science and Technology Museum as an Example
In the digital era,teenagers are bound to face huge changes in their lives and work.After-school education needs to strengthen its educational function and innovate talent cultivation models;update the integration of educational resources and strengthen on-campus and off-campus collaboration;study the characteristics of teenagers in the digital era and create intelligent and personalized teaching methods.After-school education in the digital age has its unique values:it inspires teenagers to update their knowledge with great interest,and provides them with a broader education field;it encourages teenagers to take action and builds a new ecosystem for after-school education.Here are the development paths of after-school education in the digital era.Firstly,we should innovate the integration of after-school education to build an organic unity of cross-border education.Secondly,we should establish a sound connection between school and after-school educational institutions to effectively integrate after-school educational resources.Thirdly,we should improve the utilization of educational resources to create high-quality brands of after-school education.Fourthly,we should establish an open-minded educational concept to develop diverse methods for after-school education.Fifthly,we should connect existing educational resources to establish a shared domain for after-school education.
