少先队社会化工作的动力机制研究——基于扎根理论的分析

新时代少先队工作的外部环境和参与主体已发生了新变化,少先队组织应主动适应社会,创造与中国式现代化发展相适应的工作模式,构建新时代少先队社会化工作体系.因此,本文运用扎根理论的质性研究方法探究新时代少先队社会化工作的动力机制.研究发现,参与主体的组织利益驱动、个体情感驱动构成了少先队社会化工作的内在驱动力,资源条件、文化氛围和政策环境形成了少先队社会化工作的外部驱动力.
Research on the Driving Mechanism of Socialization Work for Chinese Young Pioneers—Analysis Based on the Grounded Theory
New changes have taken place in the external environment and participants of the work for Chinese Young Pioneers(CYP)in the new era.The CYP organizations should actively adapt to social changes,create a work model that is compatible with the development of Chinese path to modernization,and build a socialized CYP work system in the new era.Therefore,this article uses the qualitative research method of the Grounded Theory to explore the driving mechanism for the socialization work of CYP in the new era.The study finds that participating subjects'drivers of organizational interests and individual emotions constitute the internal driving force for the socialization work of CYP,while resource conditions,cultural atmosphere,and policy environment form the external driving force for the socialization work of CYP.
