Realistic Dilemma and Solution Path of Family-School-Society Collaborative Education in Rural Areas of Central and Western China—Qualitative Analysis Based on the Interview Data of 37 Rural Principals
As the reform on education goes deeper,family-school-society collaborative education has become a necessary measure to promote the high-quality development of basic education in China.The study conducts qualitative analysis of interview data of 37 rural principals in Central and Western China,and discovers four major dilemmas in cognition,teacher,communication,and management.To further develop the family-school-society collaborative education in rural areas,it is necessary to enhance the psychological capital of parents and promote their recognition with home-school coeducation based on a sense of achievement;strengthen team building and improve the professional competence of rural teachers in family education guidance through theme training as a starting point;optimize resource supply and enrich family education guidance contents by means of community resource integration;and strengthen institutional guarantees and promote efficient linkage among families,schools,and communities driven by mechanism construction.
