Research on the Cultural Management Model and Practice of After-school Education Institutions——Exemplified with China Soong Ching Ling Science and Culture Center for Young People
In the era of knowledge economy,people-centered education management is the key to incentivize teaching staff's internal drivers.Cultural management is a method that uses cultural construction as the starting point to drive institutions to systematically think about management behavior,and has become one of the optional management models for managers of extracurricular education institutions.This article combines the research results of school cultural management to define the concept of cultural management in after-school educational institutions,and concludes on the dual elements of idea and practice,as well as four strategic models of understanding,kindness,governance,and materialization.Taken the China Soong Ching Ling Science and Culture Center for Young People as an example,the article observes the practice of its cultural managementfrom the cultures of Party building,management,curriculum,teachers,students,volunteers,safety,and environment,analyzes its experience and shortcoming,and proposes a deepening path for cultural management in after-school educational institutions from both theoretical and practical aspects.
