Predicament and Solution of Children's Palace in Helping with Township Schools'After-school Services from the Perspective of Education for Common Prosperity——Exemplified by the Practice in Zhejiang Province
Education takes the initiative in seeking common prosperity.Children's Palace,in view of the lack of qualified teachers for after-school services in township schools,matching courses and evaluation system,strives to practice the common prosperity of urban and rural education from its own advantages and actively helps the after-school services of township schools.In practice,we should follow the principles of public welfare,make targeted activities in the process of assistance,and adopt multiple measures to enrich the professional teachers;we should share courses and enrich the contents of educational activities;and we should share awards and evaluations to improve the multi-dimensional evaluation system.Over the past three years,the comprehensive ability of after-school services in township schools has been greatly enhanced,which made its contributions to the implementation of"double reduction"policy and the practice of education for common prosperity.
