Administrative Law Enforcement in Non-disciplinary After-school Training:Value,Dilemma,and Countermeasures
After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the number of non-disciplinary after-school training institutions has accelerated,while the chaos in education has become prominent,requiring the governance in accordance with the law. Implementing administrative law enforcement is an effective means of governing chaos,which can not only improve the construction of the rule of law in relevant fields,but also curb the illegal operation of after-school training institutions and protect consumer rights. After discussions with regulatory authorities,it was found that the current administrative law enforcement of non-disciplinary after-school training is facing challenges like weak targeted law enforcement,unclear direction of law enforcement subjects,and incomplete construction of law enforcement teams. Therefore,this paper suggests to establish and improve administrative laws and regulations so as to strengthen the basis for law enforcement;improve regulations and policies of governments at all levels,clarify law enforcement entities;and strengthen the construction of law enforcement teams and promote the implementation of law enforcement. With the above efforts,it is hoped to contribute to the effcient development of non-disciplinary training,and advance the standardized development of institutions.
