262例精神分裂症患者花费及影响因素

摘要
目的 调查精神分裂症患者的花费情况及其影响因素.方法 随机选取符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的精神分裂症300例,以疾病经济花费调查表(ECQ)对患者的各种花费前瞻性调查1年,统计直接花费和间接花费及各部分构成比,对总花费的影响因素进行多元逐步回归分析.共262例患者完成整个研究且资料完整.结果 精神分裂症患者年人均总花费为16482.00元人民币,直接花费为5360.00元(32.5%),间接花费为12346.50元(67.5%).总花费的主要影响因素依次为职业、诊断亚型、人口性质、是否住院和社会功能.结论 精神分裂症造成巨大的经济花费,各种花费中以间接花费为主;经济花费受多种因素的影响,应全面干预.
Abstract
Objective To study the economic costs and the influence factors of schizophrenia. Methods 300 schizophrenic patients who met with DSM-Ⅳcriteria were enrolled randomly and investigated with the Economic Cost Questionnaire (ECQ) for one year, 262 schizophrenic patients complete the study. ECQ was filled in by patients and their close caregivers, all the data were classified and calculated by researchers. The total costs include direct costs and indirect costs. Results The per capita total costs of one year, include direct costs and indirect costs were ￥15482.00, ￥5360.00(32.5% ) and ￥ 12346. 50(67. 5% ) respectively. The main influence factors were profession, residual schizophrenia, rural patients, in-patients and poor social function. Conclusion The costs of schizophrenic patients were very high, we must pay close attention to it. The majority of the costs was indirect costs. The influence factors of the economic costs of schizophrenic patients were multiple.
