护理专科生消极完美主义与学业拖延:焦虑的中介作用和消极认知情绪调节策略的调节作用

目的 探讨护理专科生消极完美主义对学业拖延的影响,以及焦虑的中介作用和消极认知情绪调节策略的调节作用.方法 2022年12月,采用消极完美主义问卷、学业拖延测评量表、广泛性焦虑量表和认知情绪调节问卷对黑龙江省某医学专科学校4 178名学生进行横断面调查,回收有效问卷4 004份,用SPSS 26.0统计软件进行共同方法偏差检验、描述统计、相关分析,采用PROCESS宏程序进行中介调节效应分析.结果 (1)护理专科生消极完美主义得分为(120.48±23.40)分、焦虑得分为(12.75±5.36)分、消极认知情绪调节策略得分为(44.82±11.20)分、学业拖延得分为(42.95±14.30)分.(2)消极完美主义与焦虑呈正相关(r=0.311,P<0.01)、与学业拖延呈正相关(r=0.113,P<0.01),学业拖延与焦虑呈正相关(r=0.190,P<0.01),与消极认知情绪调节策略呈正相关(r=0.260,P<0.01).(3)焦虑在消极完美主义和学业拖延中起部分中介作用,直接效应和中介效应分别占总效应的49.11%(0.055/0.112)和50.89%(0.057/0.112).(4)消极完美主义对焦虑的影响受到消极认知情绪的调节,消极完美主义对焦虑的预测作用在高消极认知情绪的护理专科生中更强(β=0.231,P<0.001).结论 护理专科生消极完美主义可通过焦虑预测学业拖延,认知情绪调节策略调节消极完美主义对焦虑的预测作用.
Negative perfectionism and academic procrastination among nursing college students:the mediating role of anxiety and the moderating role of negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies
Objective To explore the impact of negative perfectionism on academic procrastination,as well as the mediating role of anxiety and the moderating role of negative cognitive emotion regulation strat-egies.Methods In December 2022,a cross-sectional survey was conducted on 4 178 students from a medi-cal college in Heilongjiang Province.The Zi negative perfectionism questionnaire,procrastination assessment scale-student,generalized anxiety disorder-7,and cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire were used to conduct the questionnaire survey,and 4 004 valid questionnaires were recovered.SPSS 26.0 statistical soft-ware was used for common method deviation test,descriptive statistics and correlation analysis,PROCESS macro program was used for mediation and moderation effect analysis.Results(1)The scores of nursing students'negative perfectionism,anxiety,negative cognitive emotion regulation strategy,and academic pro-crastination were(120.48±23.40),(12.75±5.36),(44.82±11.20),and(42.95±14.30),respectively.(2)Negative perfectionism was positively correlated with anxiety(r=0.311,P<0.01)and academic pro-crastination(r=0.113,P<0.01).Academic procrastination was positively correlated with anxiety(r=0.190,P<0.01)and negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies(r=0.260,P<0.01).(3)Anxiety played a partially mediating role between negative perfectionism and academic procrastination,with direct effect and mediating effect accounting for 49.11%(0.055/0.112)and 50.89%(0.057/0.112)of the to-tal effect,respectively.(4)The effect of negative perfectionism on anxiety was moderated by negative cogni-tive emotions,and the predictive effect of negative perfectionism on anxiety was stronger in nursing college students with high negative cognitive emotion(β=0.231,P<0.001).Conclusion Among nursing college students,negative perfectionism can predict academic procrastination through anxiety,and cognitive emotion regulation strategies moderate the predictive effect of negative perfectionism on anxiety.
