Aortic dissection is a highly fatal cardiovascular emergency.Several recently published studies show that abnormal expression of molecules and coexisting diseases can increase the risk of aortic dissection and aggravate its condition.At the same time,the improvement of endovascular technology,the iterative development of new instruments,and the new proposal of staging and classification of aortic dissection are closely related to the precision treatment and prognosis improvement.This article reviews the clinical classification,pathological mechanism,risk factors,and treatment schemes for aortic dissection.
