Cancer immunotherapy can cause cardiac toxicity,such as myocarditis and heart failure,which can occur at any stage after the start of immunotherapy with a low incidence but a high mortality rate,and has become the most serious and concerning adverse events.This article provides a review of the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical characteristics and treatment of cardiac toxicity related to tumor immunotherapy.
