The differential diagnosis of wide QRS complex tachycardia of electrocardiogram(ECG)mainly refers to the abnormal conduction of supraventricular tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia.Pacemaker independence from sinus node or atrium,abnormal conduction direction and abnormal conduction velocity are the basic principles of identifying wide QRS complex tachycardia based on ECG.This article mainly summarizes the specific methods of differential diagnosis through ECG graphic features,combining medical history and physical examination from the above three aspects.
