摘要
心房颤动(AF)与射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)常常并存,HFpEF患者中AF发病率约为40％～60％,二者通过不同的机制相互影响,及时的诊断及治疗对此类患者很有必要.本文旨在探讨AF对HFpEF诊断和预后的影响,以及HFpEF合并AF的最新治疗手段.
Abstract
Atrial fibrillation(AF)and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)often coexist.The incidence rate of AF in HFpEF is about 40％to 60％.The two affect each other through various mechanisms.Timely diagnosis and treatment are essential for such patients.This article aims to discuss the effect of AF on the diagnosis and prognosis of HFpEF,and the latest treatment methods for HFpEF combined with AF.
