心房颤动(房颤)是住院患者中常见的心律失常.基于植入式循环记录仪(ILR)的超长程心电监测在检测和监测房颤中的作用日益显著.本文评估了ILR在卒中患者房颤负荷监测中的便携性和监测精度,建议其应用于房颤射频消融术后监测和抗凝药物管理,有助于提高患者生活质量和改善预后.
Abstract
Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia among hospitalized patients.Long-term electrocardiographic monitoring using implantable loop recorders(ILRs)has become increasingly significant in detecting and monitoring atrial fibrillation.This article reviews the portability and monitoring accuracy of ILRs in monitoring atrial fibrillation burden in stroke patients and suggests its application in post-radiofrequency ablation monitoring and anticoagulant management,which can help to improve patients'quality of life and prognosis.
