摘要
近年来,血管内冲击波碎石术被证实是一种安全有效的预处理冠状动脉严重钙化病变的方法,可提高冠状动脉介入治疗的成功率.本文对血管内冲击波碎石术在冠状动脉严重钙化病变中应用的研究进展进行综述,为临床冠状动脉钙化的介入治疗提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,shockwave intravascular lithotripsy has been demonstrated to be a safe and effective method for pretreating severe calcification of the coronary artery,thereby improving the success rate of coronary interventional therapy.This article provides a review of the application of shockwave intravascular lithotripsy in treating severe calcification of the coronary artery,offering valuable insights for clinical coronary interventional therapy.
