As a critical condition among cardiovascular diseases, acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide. In recent years, accumulating studies have revealed the role of signaling pathways in the progression of AMI.In addition, the mechanism of microRNA-mediated signaling pathways in AMI has gained significant attention. This review summarizes the important roles of microRNA-mediated signaling pathways in the progression of AMI,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of microRNA therapy.
