摘要

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)是冠心病的独立危险因素,而OSA在冠心病患者中受重视程度不足、检出率低,且缺乏有效治疗手段.本文将从OSA的流行病学、与冠心病的临床关联及其机制、筛查和治疗等方面进行梳理和总结,以期为冠心病合并OSA患者的诊治提供帮助.

Abstract

Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)is an independent risk factor for coronary artery disease(CAD).However,OSA is underestimated and underrecognized in patients with coronary heart disease,and effective treatment is lacking.This article provides a review of the epidemiology,underlying mechanisms,screening,and treatment of OSA in CAD in order to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of this population.
