阿卡波糖联用二甲双胍对糖尿病合并冠心病患者心功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响效果研究

摘要
目的 分析阿卡波糖联用二甲双胍对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)合并冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)患者心功能及血清炎症因子水平的影响.方法 将2019年12月—2022年12月医院收治的DM合并CHD患者114 例作为实验对象,以电脑随机分组法实现患者的分组,其中57 例患者为观察组,运用阿卡波糖加二甲双胍治疗,57 例患者为对照组,运用二甲双胍治疗.结果 观察组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者血糖、心功能指标以及血清炎性因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后观察组、对照组患者血糖、心功能指标以及血清炎性因子水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 阿卡波糖+二甲双胍治疗DM合并CHD患者的临床疗效相对较为理想和显著,有助于患者血糖水平的调节以及心功能指标和血清炎症因子水平的提高,可以将其作为一种理想的治疗方案并予以进一步临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of acarbose plus metformin on cardiac function and serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)combined with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 114 patients with DM combined with CHD admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as experimental subjects.The patients were grouped by computer randomization method.57 patients were in the observation group and treated with acarbose plus metformin,while 57 patients were in the control group and treated with metformin.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly superior(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood glucose,cardiac function indexes and serum inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in blood glucose,cardiac function indexes and serum inflammatory factors between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acarbose+metformin has a relatively ideal and significant clinical effect in the clinical treatment of DM patients with CHD,which is conducive to the regulation of blood glucose levels and the improvement of cardiac function indexes and serum inflammatory factors,so it can be used as an ideal treatment plan and further clinical promotion.
