全自动生化分析仪室间质评数据在献血者ALT初筛检测中的应用

摘要
目的 利用全自动生化分析仪室间质评数据评估献血前ALT初筛设备性能,探讨提升献血前ALT初筛设备使用率和检测质量的新方法.方法 利用国家卫健委临检中心全国ALT室间质评数据验证、确认全自动生化分析仪的性能,设立靶机.将靶机检测的ALT阳性标本在初筛干式生化分析仪进行同步检测、数据比对.结果 ALT室间质评数据分析有利于完善设备的性能验证;初筛干式生化分析仪易受到温度和环境影响检测稳定性,有时与靶机差异明显.结论 利用室间质评数据确定靶机后进行设备比对的模式,使ALT初筛设备的校验时效性和检测准确性都得到了补充,能够提高血液筛查的准确度、减少血液浪费.
Abstract
Objective The performance of ALT preliminary screening equipment before blood donation was evaluated using the inter-room quality assessment data of automatic biochemical analyzer,and a new method to improve the utilization rate and detection quality of ALT preliminary screening equipment before blood donation was discussed.Methods A verify and confirmed performance of the automatic biochemical analyzer by using the national ALT room quality assessment data of the National Health and Health Commission's Clinical Inspection Center,and set up the target machine to conduct synchronous detection and data comparison on the ALT positive samples detected by the target machine in the primary screening dry biochemical analyzer.Results ALT inter-room quality assessment data analysis is conducive to improve the performance verification of equipment.The primary screening dry biochemical analyzer is easily affected by temperature and environment,and its detection stability is sometimes significantly different from the target machine.Conclusion The mode of equipment comparison after the target machine is determined by the inter-room quality assessment data,which complements the validation timeliness and detection accuracy of the ALT primary screening equipment,can improve the accuracy of blood screening and reduce blood waste.
