摘要
目的 探讨螺内酯结合三联降压方案对难治性高血压的效果及对血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)及总胆固醇(TC)的影响.方法 选取的研究对象为符合诊断标准的难治性高血压患者80 例,将80 例难治性高血压患者分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=40).对照组使用三联降压方法进行治疗,试验组在以三联降压治疗的基础上结合服用螺内酯对难治性高血压进行治疗,两组均持续治疗8 周后观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,以及对血清hsCRP和TC的影响.结果 治疗后试验组总有效率(95.00%)显著高于对照组(75.00%)(P＜0.05).治疗后,试验组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后血清hsCRP的水平降低,TC水平均无明显变化(P＞0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 螺内酯结合三联疗法治疗难治性高血压疗效显著,能进一步增强降压效果,提高治疗疗效,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Spironolactone combined with triple antihypertensive regimen on refractory hypertension and its influence on serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)and total cholesterol(TC).Methods 80 patients with refractory hypertension who met the diagnostic criteria were selected as the study objects,and 80 patients with refractory hypertension were divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40).The control group was treated with triple antihypertensive therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Spironolactone on the basis of triple antihypertensive therapy.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups and the influence on serum hsCRP and TC were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The serum hsCRP concentration level decreased after treatment(P＜0.05),and the TC level had no significant change(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Spironolactone combined with triple therapy is effective in the treatment of refractory hypertension,which can further enhance the antihypertensive effect and improve the therapeutic effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
