格列吡嗪联合参芪降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病患者的疗效、血清胰岛素及C肽水平的影响研究

摘要
目的 探讨格列吡嗪联合参芪降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的疗效及其对胰岛素和C肽水平的影响.方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月在商丘市睢阳区中心医院就诊的T2DM患者120 例,随机分为两组,每组60 例.对照组给予格列吡嗪治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用参芪降糖胶囊治疗.观察两组患者的临床资料、血糖控制情况、胰岛素和C肽水平、不良反应等指标,并进行统计学分析.结果 治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平与治疗前比较均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.789,6.634,7.562,P＜0.05).治疗后,两组患者的胰岛素和C肽水平相比治疗前明显升高且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.601,6.197,P＜0.05).两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.711,P＞0.05).结论 格列吡嗪联合参芪降糖胶囊能有效改善T2DM患者的血糖控制,提高胰岛素和C肽水平,有利于保护和改善胰岛β细胞功能,且安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Glipizide combined with Shenqi Jiangtang capsule on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients and their effects on insulin and C-peptide levels.Methods 120 T2DM patients treated in Suiyang Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were devided into two groups with 60 in each.The control group was treated with Glipizide,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang capsule on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks,and the clinical data,blood glucose control,insulin and C-peptide levels,adverse reactions and other indicators of the patients in the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(t=5.78,6.634,7.562,P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of insulin and C-peptide in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.601,6.197,P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.711,P＞0.05).Conclusion Glipizide combined with Shenqi Jiangtang capsule can effectively improve the blood glucose control in T2DM patients,increase the levels of insulin and C-peptide,and help protect and improve the function of islet β cells,with good safety.
