化疗后粒细胞缺乏的血液病感染患者进行中性粒细胞输注的疗效及安全性研究

摘要
目的 探究化疗后粒细胞缺乏的血液病感染患者进行中性粒细胞输注的疗效及安全性.方法 回顾性分析92 例化疗后粒细胞缺乏合并感染的血液病患者的临床资料,对患者采用中性粒细胞输注.结果 化疗后粒细胞缺乏的血液病感染患者在进行中性粒细胞输注后中性粒细胞绝对计数(ANC)相比输注前显著上升(P＜0.005),44 例患者脱离粒缺期,62 例患者感染得到控制,有20 例患者出现轻微发热现象,无其他严重不良反应.结论 中性粒细胞输注对于化疗后粒细胞缺乏的血液病感染患者,有一定的疗效,并且不良反应较小,患者耐受良好,值得进一步研究其临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of granulocyte transfusion therapy for the treatment of infection in neutropenic patients with hematological diseases after chemotherapy.Methods Clinical data of 92 neutropenic and infected patients with hematological diseases after chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed.These patients were treated with GTX.Results After granulocyte transfusion therapy,the ANC of patients with hematological diseases was significantly higher than before(P＜0.005),44 patients were out of the neutropenic stage,62 patients with infection control,and 20 patients had mild fever without other serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Granulocyte transfusion therapy demonstrates good efficacy and tolerable adverse effects in infection of neutropenic patients with hematologic diseases after chemotherapy.The value of clinical application of granulocyte transfusion therapy is worthy of further research.
