摘要
目的 探讨基于老年综合评估结果的干预对脑梗塞患者血液流变学指标的影响.方法 选取南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的脑梗塞患者120 例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60 例.两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上进行基于老年综合评估结果的干预措施.比较两组患者干预前后血液流变学指标的变化以及并发症情况.结果 干预后,观察组全血黏度[(5.21±0.44)mPa·s]、血浆黏度[(1.65±0.17)mPa·s]、红细胞聚集指数[(4.73±0.35)]均低于对照组[(6.04±0.58)mPa·s、(1.92±0.23)mPa·s、(5.43±0.47)],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组并发症发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对脑梗塞患者实施基于老年综合评估结果的干预,能够改善患者的血液流变学状况和降低并发症发生风险,值得在临床上推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of intervention based on comprehensive assessment results of the elderly on hemorheological indexes in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each.Both groups received conventional treatment,while the observation group also received intervention measures based on the results of comprehensive assessment of the elderly.The changes of hemorheological indexes and complications before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,whole blood viscosity[(5.21±0.44)mPa·s],plasma viscosity[(1.65±0.17)mPa·s],erythrocyte aggregation index[(4.73±0.35)]were lower than those of the control group[(6.04±0.58)mPa·s,(1.92±0.23)mPa·s,(5.43±0.47)](P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group(10.00%)was lower than that in control group(23.33%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Intervention based on comprehensive assessment results of the elderly in patients with cerebral infarction can improve the hemorheological characteristics of patients and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
