Objective To analyze the effects of Edaravone combined with Ginkgo Biloba extract injection on ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD).Methods 120 ICVD patients from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Edaravone alone,and the observation group was treated with Edaravone combined with Ginkgo Biloba extract injection.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was used to evaluate the disease status of the patients,and the indexes of whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV),whole blood high shear viscosity(HBV),plasma viscosity(PV),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the indexes of PV,LBV and HBV in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,TG and TC indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group and control group was 3.33%and 5.00%,respectively,and there was no statistical significance in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Edaravone combined with Ginkgo Biloba extract injection in ICVD patients is better,which can reduce hemorheological indexes and lipid indexes,improve neurological deficits,and has high safety.
