Modulation of Hemorheological Parameters and Serum IL-6 and NO by the Combination of Propofol,Sufentanil and Cis-Atracurium Benzenesulphonate during Ureteral Soft-Scopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy under General Anaesthesia
Objective To observe modulation of hemorheological parameters and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and nitric oxide(NO)by the combination of Propofol,Sufentanil and Cis-atracurium Benzenesulfonate during ureteral soft-scope holmium laser lithotripsy under general anaesthesia.Methods A retrospective analysis of 85 patients with ureteral stones who underwent holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteral chondroscopy in Third Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from May 2022 to October 2023 were divided into a control group(Propofol+Sufentanil,n=42),and an experimental group(Propofol+Sufentanil+Cis-atracurium Benzenesulfonate,n=43)according to their anaesthesia protocols.Anesthesia effect,haemodynamics[heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure],hemorheological parameters[plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity],serum IL-6 and NO levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the duration of anesthesia effect between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the duration of anesthesia in experimental group was longer than that in control group(P＜0.05).SBP,DBP and MAP of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group at T1 and T2,and HR was slower than that of the control group at T1 and T2(P＜0.05).Whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,and plasma viscosity decreased on the 3rd postoperative day in both groups,and were lower in the experimental group(P＜0.05).IL-6 and NO levels were decreased on the 3rd postoperative day in both groups,and were lower in the experimental group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 18.60%(8/43)in the experimental group and 14.29%(6/42)in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Propofol,Sufentanil and Cis-atracurium Benzenesulfonate in ureteral soft-scopic holmium laser lithotripsy under general anaesthesia significantly reduces postoperative serum IL-6 and NO levels,improves hemorheological parameters and has a much smaller impact on hemodynamics.
