Clinical Efficacy,Hemorheological Indexes and Inflammatory Stress Factor Changes in Patients with Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy and Open Surgery for the Treatment of Urinary Tract Stones
Objective To study the effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and open surgery on the clinical efficacy, hemorheological indexes and inflammatory stress factors in patients with urinary calculi. Methods 93 patients with urinary calculi admitted to Sheqi People's Hospital from November 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis. They were divided into a control group(open surgery,n=40)and a ureteroscopy group(ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,n=53)according to the surgical protocol to compare of clinical efficacy, hemorheological indices[whole blood low shear viscosity(LS),whole blood high shear viscosity(HS),plasma viscosity(PV),hematocrit(HCT)],inflammatory stress factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]and complication differences. Results Comparing the operation time and hospitalization time of the two groups, the ureteroscopy group was shorter than the control group. The intraoperative blood transfusion of the ureteroscopy group was lower than that of the control group. The stone clearance rate of the ureteroscopy group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the recurrence rate of stones between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparing the levels of LS,HS,PV and HCT in the two groups, they were all reduced after surgery, and they were all lower in the ureteroscopy group than in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP in the two groups, they were all reduced after surgery in the two groups, and they were all lower in the ureteroscopy group than in the control group, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the control group was 20.00%,which was higher than that of the ureteroscopy group, which was 5.66%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of urinary tract stones has remarkable efficacy, and compared with open surgery,it has the advantages of easy operation, fast recovery, small trauma, and high stone removal rate, and the postoperative patients'hemorheological indexes and inflammatory stress factors are significantly improved.
