Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of serum apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),apolipoprotein B(ApoB)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in patients with diabetes and the occurrence of diabetes nephropathy(DN),and to test with binary logistic regression. Methods Clinical data of 140 patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively collected.According to whether DN occurred, the patients were divided into DN group(n=51)and non DN group(n=89)to compare two sets of baseline data and laboratory indicators. The relationship between the expression of ApoA1,ApoB and TBIL in serum of diabetes patients and the occurrence of DN was examined by binary logistic regression. Results The levels of glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),ApoB,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and cystatin C(Cys-C)in the DN group were higher than those in the non DN group, while ApoA1 and TBIL were lower than those in the non DN group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that HbA1c and ApoB were independent risk factors for DN in diabetes patients(OR>1,P<0.05),and ApoA1 and TBIL were protective factors(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of ApoA1,ApoB and TBIL has certain correlation with DN in diabetes patients.
