摘要

目的 探究基于精准医疗框架的整体护理对结直肠癌贝伐珠单抗联合化疗患者血清肿瘤异常蛋白(TAP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响.方法 回顾性分析南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2022年1月—2023年12月收治的106例结直肠癌患者的临床资料,所有患者均应用贝伐珠单抗联合化疗治疗.依据护理模式对患者进行分组,分为对照组、研究组,每组各53 例.对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用基于精准医疗框架的整体护理.对比两组患者的负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、血清TAP和VEGF水平、并发症、生活质量[生命质量量表(QLQ-C30)]、护理满意度[纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)].结果 研究组患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组患者护理后血清TAP和VEGF水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组患者QLQ-C30评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 结直肠癌患者在贝伐珠单抗联合化疗中应用基于精准医疗框架的整体护理,有效消除患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,下调血清TAP和VEGF水平,减少并发症,改善生活质量,提高护理满意度,护理效果显著,值得临床推广.

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of holistic care based on precision medicine framework on serum tumor abnormal protein(TAP)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in colorectal cancer patients with Bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 106 colorectal cancer patients admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and all patients were treated with Bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy.Patients were grouped according to the nursing mode and divided into control group and study group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group applied routine care,and the study group applied holistic care based on precision medicine framework.Negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],serum TAP and VEGF levels,complications,quality of life[quality of life scale(QLQ-C30)],and satisfaction of nursing services[Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS scores and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The serum TAP and VEGF levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).QLQ-C30 score of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction of patients in study group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic care based on precision medicine framework in Bevacizumab combined chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients can effectively eliminate patients'anxiety and depression,downregulate serum TAP and VEGF levels,reduce complications,improve quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction,The nursing effect is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
