Exploring the difficulties of financial management in multi-district public hospitals
Along with social and economic development,large public hospitals have chosen to open new campuses and enter into a multi-campus operation model.Although the multi-district operation model has expanded the possibilities for public hospitals,it has also made financial management more difficult for public hospitals.This paper explores the difficult issues of financial management in the multi-district operation model of large hospitals in the context of the multi-district operation model of public hospitals and proposes measures to address them,in the hope of providing reference and support for the construction of multi-districts in large hospitals.
