本文主要以Y医院为例,客观阐述医院全面预算管理现状,对其中存在重编制轻评价的问题进行分析,对公立医院预算绩效评价体系构建的意义和问题及对策进行阐述,希望能为医院提高预算管理水平提供参考,进而助推医院实现高质量发展.
Abstract
This article mainly takes Y Hospital as an example to objectively explain the current situation of comprehen-sive budget management in the hospital,and analyzes the problem of overestimation over evaluation in comprehensive bud-get management,and elaborates on the significance,problems,and countermeasures of constructing a budget performance evaluation system for public hospitals.It is hoped that this will play a positive role in continuously improving the level of hospital budget management and promoting high-quality development of the hospital.
