智能财务模式下,财务人才培养路径探究

摘要
新技术的飞速发展,使财务进入到智能化时代.智能财务由于自动化、智能化的特点,使得财务人才需要掌握更多的技能,才能适应未来需求.因此,加快智能财务人才培养刻不容缓.本文从高校财务人才培养方案改革现状出发,分析了目前高校人才培养方案改革存在的困难,提出了基于政府、高校、企业三个层面的财务人才培养路径.
Abstract
The rapid development of new technology has brought finance into an intelligent era.Due to the characteris-tics of automation and intelligence in intelligent finance,financial talents need to master more skills to adapt to future needs.Therefore,accelerating the cultivation of intelligent financial talents brooks no delay.Starting from the current situa-tion of the reform of financial talent training programs in colleges and universities,this article analyzes the difficulties exist-ing in the current reform of financial talent training programs in colleges and universities,and proposes some paths for fi-nancial talent training,based on the three levels of government,universities,and enterprises.
