Abstract
Under the new situation,public hospitals have changed from quantity accumulation to quality improvement.This paper objectively analyzes the problems encountered in the process of budget performance management in public hospitals,deeply understands the great significance of budget performance management in public hospitals,and puts forward the path of budget performance management around establishing concepts,establishing systems and promoting information construction to lead the high-quality development of public hospitals.
