The field services during the Liberation War covered various tasks carried out by the civilian in the liberated areas under the mobilization of the Party,which ensured the smooth operation of the People's Army and consolidated the construction of the liberated areas.The supportive work to the front of the war made outstanding contribution to the Party's victory in the War of Liberation.In its transfer across northern Shaanxi,the Party Cen-tral Committee managed to organize a system of efficient regular stretcher-teams or stretcher-teams along the troops,by adopting a multi-tiered logistics support system,rallying the people's support and strength with effective mobilization,which helped the troops overcome various difficulties,transport military supplies,transfer the wound-ed and sick personnel from the battlefield.And the field services got adapted and improved constantly to better serve the war and support the campaigns in accordance with the developments of the warfare and feedback from the military and civilian.
