敢于担当是共产党员的政治品格,也是我们党对领导干部的一贯要求.担当实干是检验共产党人先进性和纯洁性的重要方面,是党员干部的优良政治品格,担当是党员干部的自身职责,是人民公仆的鲜明标识.领导干部有责任感才能有担当:勇于担责,体现党员先锋模范作用;敢于担责,领导干部才能有所作为;乐于担责,不断提升能力走向成功;善于担责,必须讲求正确方式方法.领导干部有了担当精神,还必须具备解决难事、化解难题的本领,有本事,担当才有底气.
Abstract
Having the courage to take on responsibility is a political quality of a Communist Party member and a consistent requirement of the Party for its officials.Being responsible and dedicated testifies the advanced nature and purity of a Party member.Being responsible is an inherent duty for Party members and officials,a defining fea-ture of public servants.Only with a strong sense of mission can an official take on responsibility:having the courage to assume responsibility demonstrates the exemplary role of a Party member;daring to assume responsibility en-ables him to strive to accomplish feats;being ready to assume responsibility urges him to build his abilities and ex-cel;being good at assuming responsibility requires skills and methods.In addition to a keen sense of responsibility,officials must hone their ability to handle tough problems and overcome challenges.Ability gives one the confi-dence to assume responsibility.
