由于缺乏国家层面的标准和指南,国家资历框架建设依然进展缓慢.当前最重要的是制定国家层面的、以资历框架标准引领的学习成果认证制度及学分银行制度.
Abstract
Due to lack of national-level standards and guidelines,progress in the development of a national qualification framework remains slow.Currently,the most important task is to establish a national-level learning outcome certification system and a credit bank system based on qualification framework standards,according to Prof.Xie Qingsong from Chongqing Open University and Chongqing Technology and Business Institute.
