摘要

教师数字素养深刻影响着数字时代人才培养的质量.当前,教师群体对于数字化学习的态度普遍积极,但能力上呈现差异.我们须加大投入,完善学习环境,强化教师培训,并鼓励跨学科和跨区域的协作交流,共同提升教育质量.

Abstract

The digital literacy of teachers is profoundly influencing the quality of talent development in the digital age.This article focuses on the topics related to digital teacher learning by inviting three experts to share their insights on using digital tools to empower the development of a high-quality teacher workforce.
