Abstract
The Workers University of Dongcheng District,Beijing(Dongcheng Campus of Beijing Open University)has established a"Swan geese"culture characterized by"a lead swan goose guiding the direction,and assistant geese chasing after it,with flocks of swan goose flying together".Therefore,the university is striving to build a distinctive,first-class adult education institution.
